If you want to turn off two-step verification and remove it for all devices, consoles, and apps that you use, follow the steps below:
- Sign in with your Microsoft account at: Security basics
- Select the Advanced security options section. You’ll be asked to enter your password and a security code to make sure you, and only you, are updating your account security.
- Under Two-step verification, select Turn off, and then confirm the change when prompted.
